Gibson Girl Foundation reserves the right to discontinue, withdraw, or amend the terms of any scholarship at any time and without prior notice. Gibson Girl Foundation is under no obligation to provide any scholarship, and all scholarships are subject to funding availability. Submitting a scholarship application does not create any contractual relationship between the applicant, his or her parents or guardians, and Gibson Girl Foundation. Neither the applicant nor the applicant's parents or guardians shall have any legal or equitable recourse against Gibson Girl Foundation concerning any scholarship or scholarship application. Gibson Girl Foundation is not liable for any expenses incurred in connection with applicant's attendance at any entertainment camp.
